Just opened the box and set up my unit. Did a 10 minute sitting session. So far so good. Will increase my workout slowly

I just received my product about 2 days ago and have used it once. I think I am going to like it. It appears to be a good quality, it has some weight to it and I like that there are suction cups on the bottom (not enough to make it hard to move which is great). It is quiet so that is good too.

So far in just 3 days my ankles are not swollen by evening, I have lost 5 lbs, probably water, using walking in the morning and jogging in the evening.

I'm really impressed with the build qualityand it stores easily. As a full-time rv lifestyle, this is a perfect piece of workout equipment. I can really feel it working.
