I've been using the waver for a week and maybe it's too soon to tell what changes I noticed... however I will will say that after the first try I felt very sore as if I worked out at the gym all day. So there's definitely something about this machine that makes the muscles move. Over all im happy with this product, it's very quiet i love the variety of colors it offers.. and ill continue using it daily and revisit this review in 3 months.

I’ve used it twice on the medium programs. So far so good. I can’t tell if it will help with weight loss yet. It did loosen my body up.
