Cant give full feedback as not used yet but checked to make sure it was working but no remote which is annoying as cant send back due to physical weight of the machine. Hoping Lifepro can send me a remote then will be 5☆

Lymphedema

I have lymphedema in both of my legs and feet. I sit all day at work, and I know my legs need more movement. A friend sent me a link to check out the Waver Vibration Plate. I did some research on and off the site and decided to go for it. I've only used it a few times, but my legs and lower back feel great afterwards. I'm going to make this part of my daily routine, and hopefully I'll have more strength and less swelling in my legs and feet. It makes me want to exercise!
