I love my Waver!

I am a 65 year old grandma that has Rheumatoid Arthritis. I bought the Waver mainly to build bone density and strength. I babysit the grandkids three days a week and love to take walks daily. During the winter months we can't get out, so I lose muscle strength. I can't believe how much stronger my legs feel! I do a 15 minute session adding in weights. I absolutely love the Waver, it is 100% worth it.
