I have only had this a couple of days and I am in love with it. So glad I made the purchase. My husband plans to start using it also. So far I am doing 15 minutes in the morning and another 15 late afternoon! Best purchase ever. Thank you

Bought originally for myself and my mother. Currently she has been using it and says she feels a difference in her leg circulation as well as her arms. We have yet to use the resistance bands and the mini bands. Do like that the manual includes a QR code to see different types of exercises you can do on the plate, and also the lifetime warranty :)
