I received this as a gift. I wasn't sure what to expect fully using it. I like it so far. I feel like it gets my heart rate up and a lot of muscles are jiggling about.

I have only had my Waver a few days, but I love how it easy it is to use and transport. I am post one year hip replacement surgery and my hip is already less stiff. Good purchase for my husband and I.
