I just got my waver vibration plate today and the whole family loves it! I got this to help me with circulation and lymphatic drainage. I started on the lowest level as suggested for what I need and it feels pretty good! In the future as I get stronger I plan on using this with my workouts.

I didn’t realize how big the packaging was going to be and heavy it was. First time stepping on was def wobbly but hoping to see results in the next couple of days.

I didn’t know I needed this until my husband purchased it for my birthday. I suffer from a chronic pan condition and it’s been helping with decreasing my muscle tension and pain. I use it before working out and at the end of the day. I think I’m sleeping better also!
