I just got my Waver yesterday and did 15 minutes and felt great. I can’t wait to use this to help me with my neuropathy and my bone density. It’s a very comfortable workout and I highly recommend it.

I've only used the waver plate for a couple days, so am hoping to see/feel some changes soon. I have limited range in my knees, so can only do standing or sitting in a chair for now.

Know it's doing the job because on setting P0 I started perspiring/sweating and felt and saw glutes & thighs jiggling.
