Unique, useful, and effective

I have done all different forms of exercise from free weights, machines, plyometrics, yoga, cardio, and this creature effective at building a mind to muscle connection that helps more efficiently focus on muscle sets. A few exercises have helped with digestion, and I’m working to stay consistent with lymphatic drainage. I’m excited to continue using this and incorporating it into other exercise methods I use.
