I just opened my package. It was a requested birthday gift. I was excited to see it come with l resistance bands. You will need two triple A batteries for the remote. Outside of that I am pleased and am ready to use it. I will have to come back to do a review after my first use.

I am a Physical Therapist(retired) and have used expensive vibration plates. I took a chance on lifeprofitness and this product is solidly built and gives good vibration stimulus. VERY pleased!

Waver vibration plate

I just received and have done my first 15 minutes. I used the mode P6 for 15 minutes and squatted. After just a few minutes I could really feel it in my muscles. So far so good, I know I'm really going to like it.

After having a hip replacement, I was impressed with the benefits and reviews for vibration plates. After doing my research, LifePro ranked the best quality. It is incredibly easy to work into any everyday routine. It makes my body feel good and I actually look forward to my 15 minutes of "Just Shakin It' everyday.
