Lifepro waver vibration plate

Tried the waver vibration plate for the first time at physical therapy. Absolutely fell in love with it. Had to buy my own for personal use. I use it daily to build strength in my upper body and core. I would highly recommend it for anyone that has limited mobility. My husband also uses it after he works out at the gym to help him cover quicker.

I ordered the Waver for my lyphoedema in my legs. After using the Wave 5 times, the swelling is minimal. I have gone two plus days without wearing compression socks. I have my fingers crossed!

I’m just starting on this journey at 70yrs old after losing 130lbs in a year after some pretty knarley health issues! My husband will be using this too to help with chronic sciatic pain! Wish us luck!
