Shaking things up!

So far we (my husband and I) are enjoying the lifepro waver! I personally like to use hand weights, go through a few stretches and squats, and complete balance activities. I feel refreshed after using it! It’s a great way to incorporate this therapeutic device!

I have used the waver vibration plate for a few days now and I enjoy it. It is a workout but you can set your workout to your liking on any given day.

This product is sturdy with many functions and programmable options. It is stimulating and invigorating. It's too soon to report results, but if someone knows they are seeking this type of product we would recommend this one. Our daughter has had one for several months and has reaped a lot of benefit, so we have her testimony and experience to boast in this product.
