Just received today and this is awesome! The whole family is taking their turns! I’ve been fighting breast cancer and a vibration plate was highly recommended to help with lymphatic drainage (not medical advice, please consult your oncologists and surgeons) but I was told LifePro waver was the best! Excited to see results :)

I have only had the waver vibration plate for 10 days so I haven't had a chance to really explore all it has to offer. I am trying to improve my balance. Everything is as expected.
