First time using it

I just started using it and could feel the tightening of my core, butt and a lot of jiggling. Once I got off of it I felt like I had been on a treadmill for about 30 minutes at a good pace - legs felt like jelly and I broke a sweat.
I’ll follow up after two weeks to see if there’s any noticeable changes in how I look and feel.

While it is sweltering here in GA, I am enjoying using the WAVER vibration plate inside with the AC. It was not hard to set up or get going. My friend recommended this, so I tried her WAVER before getting one.

Thrilled with the Waver Vibration Plate I recently purchased. The preset programs are a great way to get acclimated to the machine. It is remarkably quiet and easy to store. Would highly recommend.
