I go to a gym that has a similar vibration plate paired with red light therapy, and it is a very high end setup. Since I don’t always have time to go in for sessions, I decided to try this as an at-home option for recovery and overall wellness. So far, I’m really pleased even after the first day I noticed positive results. I’m hopeful that with consistent use it will continue to support my overall health and recovery.

It makes a really loud noise like it’s hitting against the floor when you’re standing on it. I have been on another that was much sleeker and powerful, so this was kind of a let down

After one week, we are very happy with the Waver. There are many things to do, so we have only scratched the surface. It is a big help with recovery after a long run or bike ride!
