We use a vibration plate at lifetime and wanted one for our home on off days and something to losen the body up when getting out of bed. 99 different speeds this works as advertised

This LifePro shake plate is amazing. I use it for warmups, bone density improvement and overall circulation and stress relief. I am so glad I purchased it and will look for other LifePro products to add to my home gym.

Neuropathy

I bought this b/c it was promoted as giving relief from neuropathy within two weeks of consistent use. I’ve been using the Wave Pro for ten days and don’t feel any measurable difference in the neuropathy in my feet and lower legs but I’ll keep on trying.

I love that it has suction cups on the bottom. It’s not too heavy and I can move it around myself. Have been doing 15-20 every day since I got it.
