I was so happy to get this for Christmas as I was reading some comments on Reddit that it has helped with the lymphatic system. I have been having problems for the last few years and just started taking my health seriously. I used for about 1 minute and had already felt a difference in how my body moved. I do recommend sitting if you get dizzy or have difficulty standing. Don’t go too long if your body can’t handle it, just a few minutes to start.

I have been looking at the vibration platforms for a while but wouldn't spend the $$. My husband surprised me with one for Christmas!! I am so excited. So far, it is working amazingly!!
