Such a wonderful tool with a variety of benefits!

I purchased on the recommendation from a peer in my nutrition class primarily for lymphatic benefits. I have only used for about 10 days and have already seen a huge improvement! The instructions are clear and simple; the plate is sturdy and well-made, yet, easy to relocate. So many benefits and so many ways to utilize it!

I workout 3 to 4 times a week and bought this based on a fellow workout friend who has had knee and inflammatory issues. My right knee has been bothering me. I used it today for the first time and my knee felt much better. Will report later as I use regularly

I have used my plate for 6 days and I can honestly say I am loving it. I have referred several friends and family members. I can't say I have noticed a difference yet except I do feel better. I bought this to help with boosting my metabolism, bone density support, lymphatic drainage, aid in losing weigh and to tighter and firm my skin.

I love it. I use it every day. My only thing is my back is stiff. I do keep a soft knee. Maybe I just need to start a shorter time until I build up the muscle

I just used it for the first time today and I didn’t even want to get off of it! I immediately felt so relaxed doing the warm up and I enjoyed the first exercise sample guide that came with it! I am so excited to add this into my daily routine!
