I just read the booklet, plugged it in and started in the seated position as it suggested. It is just as described and I'm looking forward to using it

A dear friend purchased the Waver Vibration plate. It came with a battery operated vibration ball, as well. The only flaw thus far is the the back on the remote doesn't want to click into place well. I've tried it out...so ready to see lasting results and the fruits of my labors.
