Had for a few days and so far so good. I work from home and sit all day long. For the past two days I’ve used the vibration plate for about 10 minutes every two hours and I definitely don’t feel as stiff as I normally do after and 8-hour day.

So far so good. 1st day of use. Only yhing is seems like the control has to directly be near the device to work.

I haven't started using it yet but the reviews are what made me want to buy and use it. I'm an older active athlete and expecting this will enhance my fitness routines and post recovery workout. Looking forward to getting started.

This lifepro is helping me get back into training, my circulation in my legs is starting to improve.
I am starting to enjoy training and regain my fitness,I will review myself again in 30 days hopefully with even more improvement. A good buy in all recommend.
