Holy Shamoly! I love how good I feel after a simple 15 minutes on level 15 (so far)! I sleep better. I feel like stress from the day has dissolved with my jiggling!

I absolutely love my new Lifepro Waver Plate. My knee joints are not stiff when I get up in the mornings, in fact, all of my body’s joints feel and move with greater ease after using my Lifepro. Thank you so much! ?
