I've had issues with restless leg for years...I've done all I can find to do and for a while it works and calms things enough so I can rest...stretching calf compression sleeves CBD sequential leg compression massager and all have helped but in the last 4 months they haven't worked as well..I work 12 hr nights and I'm happy if I get 4 hrs of sleep...I've had the vibration plate for almost 2 weeks and it has helped tremendously.
I initially started in the sitting position the first 4 days then started standing first in the walking then jogging now I'm standing in the running position...yes I'm still at 15 minutes but I am good with it and am excited to increase my times and doing more...hopefully this will help me in the long-term.

My ankles look normal again

After only 3 days my ankles which have been swelled are normal size again! So happy with this waiver machine!
