Great vibration plate

I have enjoyed the waver vibration plate. I have implemented this into my morning routine and feel it’s the best way to start the day. The remote control makes it easy to change functions-on/off, speed, time, etc. it is sturdy! the different ranges of vibration make it great for the entire family to use. Would highly recommended.

I received this as a Christmas gift! My adult kids, who play sports, see the benefits of using this machine to help strengthen their bodies to avoid injuries! Easy setup and very convenient to use at home!
