I love that this product doesn’t just address one area specifically. I love that my waver vibration plate addresses so many things like circulation, pain reduction, flexibility - as well as building strength and boosting metabolism.

I've been using a vibration plate regularly during my Osteostrong appointments. I really noticed a huge difference in how much less muscle & joint pain I have after a session. I wanted a vibration plate for home use so I could have the multiple benefits more often than my weekly appointment. So far, it's helping the circulation in my legs & feet.

Works great. Notice the most results in how good it drains junk from your body still a little early on how well it does to speed up recovery
