Lifepro Vibration plate review

I recently purchased the Lifepro Vibration Plate and have been pleased so far. I find that it assists with stretching my muscles while standing, which has been particularly beneficial for my overall flexibility.
As someone who experiences lower back pain, I have noticed relief and muscle loosening after each session. Overall, I consider this a valuable addition to my wellness routine and would recommend it to others seeking gentle, supportive muscle recovery at home.

Promising vibration plate

First day using today. I have been suffering from foot pain going to my legs and now my tailbone. Started on low setting first sitting then standing then with leg’s bent. I plan to use it daily. So far so good. It is quiet and sturdy and has suction cups that will make it stick in place to avoid accidental slipping. Will update in the coming months if it delivers all it promises.
