I am deep down the rabbit hole of benefits ascribed to vibration plates. LifePro Waver seemed like a reasonable and affordable way to test the waters. You can spend a lot more.
There is a lot of value here. Stretch mini bands. Resistance bands with handles. Remote. Lots of speed variation. Easy set up. And so quiet. I unboxed last night at 10:30 and tested it out for 10 minutes while the wife slept in the room next door.
So, there are your first impressions. I will add another review or edit this in a few days or so.

It’s easy to use and set up right out of the box. We use it to improve circulation and low back pain from sitting for long periods of time at work. Highly recommend. Excited to continue using for working out.
