Very impressed with quality and ease of use. We had a less expensive plate originally from a different company that we returned. We have already told family and friends that lifepro is the way to go.

Just started using my waver vibration plate. So far so good. Easy to set up, I love the tutorials, the wide range of benefits to my body and over all health this offers. An added plus is the lifetime warranty. From beginners to pros this is a must. Will update after a month. ?
