After one use, the Waver vibration plate seems solid and effective. Setup was quick, controls are straightforward, and the vibration felt strong. It’s too soon to speak on results, but my initial experience was positive.

Powerful vibrations

The vibration is very powerful. I got that itchy feeling you get after doing a 5 k from just 15 minutes. I like that it comes with a lifetime warranty, exercise ideas, and resistance bands. It gave me energy when I’m usually tired as well. I’m excited to see what will happen after continual use.
