Just tried out the vibration plate seems to work well for the first time using it. It’s easy to set up. Hopefully it helps with lymph drainage in my knee.

I've only had this vibration plate for a week. The difference in both mine and my husbands leg strength has definitely improved. Thank you for making a device that helps to improve a persons wellness journey. Quality of life at any age is most important.

Trying this new vibration plate, it is good quality, love how quiet this machine is. Works great and can’t wait to add this to my (feel better me) journey. It is definitely a good workout and I am sure has fantastic long term effects.

I just received it yesterday and tried it and it really felt great! Love the idea that the plate has walking jogging and running. Not very familiar yet with the program mode but I will learn. It’s an amazing plate! Everything comes well packed!
