I just received this product a few days ago. I purchased it primarily for any bone density, balance, and lymphatic system benefits it may have. The first day I simply acclimated to it, but I have since incorporated light exercise on the plate itself or used it after exercise for recovery. it does tend to relax me a bit, and I like that, but I cannot speak to any other benefits just yet.

Super quiet and high quality

We’ve only had it a few days, so it’s hard to definitively say much about the effectiveness and durability of this product. However I will say that it’s super quiet and it feels durable. My first time using it I had a histamine release which is fairly common. Haven’t had that happen with subsequent use though. I haven’t noticed any major effects good or bad, but I will continue to be consistent with using it and we’ll see what happens. My husband uses it as well and he said he loves the way it feels and he feels less achy and has more energy since using it. Obviously everyone is different so each person will have different results. I have a ton of inflammation and stagnant lymph flow, so I’m assuming it’s going to take me a while to start seeing major results. However I’m excited and hopeful that this will be a helpful tool in improving my health. Note: I didn’t buy this as a workout tool, I bought this because my doctor recommended it for improving my lymphatic drainage.
