Just owned my life pro waver board. Watched my first introduction video and strode on the board for 15 minutes. Excited to get started on this journey with my husband. Been on a health journey for this last year and just turned 60. Here’s to our health!

Just got the Lifepro last nite and tried it out today.
I sat in a chair today and worked my legs…so far so good!
I decided to start slow as I have just recovered from a broken foot and currently have a knee issue(torn cartilage).

I love my Waver Vibration Plate! it moves me when I don't feel like working out. My sleep has improved, the swelling in my ankle are gone and my body feels great!

The lifepro waver vibration plate feels solidly built and has many settings to choose from. I’ve had it for about two weeks and am enjoying it.
