My first experience was at a chiropractor office. I enjoyed it so much. I bought my very own and to have it available on my time schedule at home is the best. I felt energized after the first time I used it. Looking forward to positive results and toning of body. I love the product..

Used something similar at chiropractor. Hopeful it strengthens muscles without adding to back pain. Hopeful it helps husband with balance. Both in mid 70’s
