I’ve only had the Waver vibration plate for less than two weeks but so far my husband and I are really enjoying it. I love that the poster with the different stances and exercises was included. Very helpful. It is important to start slow and work your way up though. We got a little excited and eager as we workout 5-6 days a week and are very active and fit. However, using the vibration plate in a squat stance for 10-15 minutes at a high speed for a few days in a row probably wasn’t the best idea if you’re prone to IT band issues. I had to take a break but will get back to it soon. I definitely felt a good workout in my quads, core and back in different positions. It was also just nice to use it at a low speed as a massage or warm up. It helped me feel grounded and relaxed. I’m glad I made this purchase and it’s a great addition to our overall health and wellness routine.

I have used the waver for 3 days, from a seated position in a chair. I already can tell the neuropathy is responding to the movement. I look forward to better balance and a healed body.

We love the WAVER plate. I have suffered from previous injuries that make running and jumping a no go. This plate gives me the extra I needed to go back to taking care of myself!!
