Great Buy!

I got this vibration plate, following a stent with the physical therapist for the recovery of my knee after surgery. The physical therapist suggested I continue with a vibration plate at home since I had used one in his office and I asked for a recommendation and he sent me a link to this product. It seems quite powerful and I've had no problems with it. I've had it for almost a year now. Haven't been consistent with it, but plan to start now.

Pleased with my upgrade

I had bought a smaller plate of another brand a while ago and after doing some research and an offer too good to pass on TT I decided to upgrade. I love the bigger size and greater intensity and overall quality of this machine. Very pleased!

As someone with limited mobility, I did my homework as to what would work best for me personally and it led me to Lifepro. Since I received the vibration plate I actually look forward to using it daily and I already feel a difference in my energy.

I definitely feel good after using the waver! Right now I'm working up to the exercise speeds, but even on thr lower speeds I feel stronger posture and muscle strains. Excited to get stronger and healthier! Thanks!
