Great vibration plate

I am happy with Lifepro Wave vibration plate. The only negative is that it makes light clicking sounds at times I just hope it is not going to impact the durability of this plate.

Just received my Waver plate so have only used 3 times. I can tell it’s doing something to my muscles and am learning the various programs. So far so good

I've only been using the lifepro vibrating plate for about a week. It feels great when using it, so I hope it increases bone density, lymphatic drainage & simply a feel good massage to start the day!
