I have only used it a couple times so far but really enjoy it. Hopefully it will help with losing my gut and toning up.

Vibrating plate works great , we have two of them and planning to purchase a 3rd for another place of ours, so we don't have to travel without one. We both do 15 minutes a day * 2 and vary the program numbers that way you get a different workout each time. Very good products

We use our vibration plate every day! I even have my kids using it. So happy with our purchase and my mom and sister ended up getting one for their house too!

I tried one of these at an expensive fitness club. Loved it there and love it even more in the privacy of my own home.

Purchased item for back pain and circulation in feet, along with swelling in feet, legs, arms, face, and midriff, from lymphedema. Starting out slow and steady.
Also would like to lost weight and boast my metabolism.
