Tested it out immediately when it arrived. Im a massage therapist and focus on, fascia and lymphatic drainage/movement. Ive recommended vibration plates to clients to help circulation and lymph movement also. I especially would recommend this for people who have to travel a lot and do a lot of deskwork. I think it would be a great idea if it came with a travel case for those who have to do long distance, so its easily transportable.
I can say that i am fully satisfied by the level/intensity of vibration and workouts/equipment provided. The way I can feel it targeting the needed areas that have stagnation, was instant relief for my hips and shoulders.
Also love that its noise is very minimal and not loud enough to disturb others in the home.

Great Vibration Plate

After using this vibration plate for a few months I can honestly say it helps relieve my lower back pain, hip pain and helps with circulation from my very sedentary job. I like the wide platform, I'm tall so the size of this plate is very accommodating. Great purchase.
