I just got this vibration plate yesterday. Today was the first time using it and so far I like it. Can definitely feel it in my legs just after 1 use. I will be back when I have used it a little longer.

I just unpacked the Waver plate and am excited to get started! I appreciate the lifetime warranty, all of the information provided, and suggestions on how to get started. I'll certainly leave another review in a couple of weeks after I've had some time to try it out.

This is the perfect device to assist me on my health & wellness journey! I've been looking at these vibration platforms for a while, but just couldn't make up my mind-or spend the money...some of these brands are pretty expensive! But then I came across a review and recommendation from a health practitioner for Lifepro and they were running a promotion, so I thought, "Why not?" I'm still really new with all this, but so far, so good...and I'm very excited that I made the purchase!
