I'm enjoying my machine. I'm 70 and semi retired. I wanted something to help keep me moving. Even my 77 yo husband has used it. The sitting position.

I'm very excited about this opportunity to use ths wonderful product. I'm 70 and semi retired. So I needed an avenue for my health to keep moving. I've also already had my 77 yo husband use it, sitting down position. Thanks ?
