Just getting started with the Waver Vibration Plate. As a plus size gal the plate feels very solid and well made under my feet. Looking forward to feeling better and hoping it will improve my medical conditions.

I use this plate below my desk while I work because my feet were getting swollen due to sitting at my desk 8-9 hrs per day. I also use it daily after work. I really think it helps.
