This vibration plate has been a great addition to my wellness routine. It's sturdy and has great vibration power at an excellent value.
The best part is that I can use it at home anytime I want. Would definitely recommend!

Getting a 20/30 minute walk in is hard sometimes. Being able to use the vibration plate helps keep my blood moving if I can't get out.
