I started using it today and I'm so happy with it. Exactly what I wanted to buy. I recomended for people with Lipidemia, lymphatic drainge, fat loss and get good shape. Very easy to use it

I'm old and creaky. I just used it for the first time and it felt great. Muscles are tingling but not like I over did it and will pay for it later. Looking forward to exploring more settings/positions etc.
