Ive been researching vibration plates for several months. I found that the Lifepro waver had the highest reviews. So, I bought this for me and husbands birthdays. First experience was great. I had instant back pain relief. After only a few minutes we could feel the waver working our muscles. I am very excited to see all the benefits as we keep using. I highly recommend it.
