This is well quality construction and durable. I was replacing another vibration plate and the waver plate is so much better made and I love it. I will get a lot of use from it and will refer my friends.

I use my machine daily for sore feet. My feet feel as if they are on fire a large amount of the time. The vibration seems to give me relief from that for at least a time.
I cannot play pickleball without it!!
