So far I love it! I love that there are so many speeds because I wanted to start slowly. I look forward to the support offered by the company.

I was a little intimidated to use the vibration plate unsure if it would be more helpful or harmful when my back was hurting. Then I used it for the first time and I was shocked by how good I felt. Better than 3 ibprophens. I am a fan. I am excited to add it to my daily routine.
