I've been using a commercial brand vibration plate twice weekly and am excited to be receiving my own home version. So far the vibration plate has helped with my lower back pain.

This vibration plate works well. It is quiet. Gives you a good workout with several different settings. I love the fact that it came with bands. You can get an arm workout in while using your vibration plate.
