A New Me!

So far, so good.. I'm turning 80 next month and the Life Pro has helped me tone up quite well, as well as feel better all over. Because of my age, I built a platform to sit on because sitting on the ground is a bit difficult for me. Works very well, and I am completely satisfied.

Just received the Waver Vibration plate and within minutes had it ready to go. We have others in the family who allowed us to try out their Waver and we loved it so much we bought our own that same day. We can’t wait to use it regularly and enhance our fitness routine!

I tried this at my mother-in-laws and fell in love with how the tension was shaken out of my body. I got my own and it is just as fabulous. Would recommend to anyone who works a desk job and needs the dust knocked off of them at the end of a shift
