LifePro Vibration Plate – First Impressions

I bought the LifePro Vibration Plate to support lymphatic drainage and joint pain relief during recovery from cancer treatment. I haven’t used it consistently yet, but I chose it for its low-impact design and positive feedback from others with similar needs. I’m hopeful it will help reduce swelling, ease stiffness, and gently reintroduce movement. Looking forward to seeing how it fits into my healing routine.

Love the wave plate! I use it in the morning and at night. I feel it helps me sleep better and has allowed my body to relax in certain areas that were in recovery from a bad fall. 10/10
