Assemble the waver and try out the waver in under 10 minutes! Read the manual for safety instructions and recommended exercises. The manual also includes multiple QR codes for additional information. A bonus workout wall poster, resistance bands and handled bands are included. The presets are wonderful when you don’t have time to put together your own workout. Once accustomed to the waver, there are endless possibilities for future workouts since the manual mode has 99 speeds and the timer can be set for 1-15 minutes. I am super happy with this product! It is definitely wide enough that I can feel the difference when adjusting the width between my feet on the plate. Combining this option with the 99 speeds, the workout poster, the waver exercise guide in the manual and ALL of the available YouTube videos means that I will never get bored using my LifePro Waver Vibration Plate!

Relieves joint stiffness

The mornings can be tough, with muscle and joint stiffness. Now I jump on my wave and can move much easier.
Wish the booklet had more ideas for how to use it and what it helps on your body for each movement.

I got this initially for the lymphatic drainage, but after reading more into these and their benefits I was sold! It’s sturdy, moves easily and I love the remote!

I am obsessed with this product! My knees and ankles used to click loud when I walked and now I can sneak up on the kids without them hearing me coming! lol! I can do squats now and couldn’t before. It’s helped all my joints AND I’m noticeably more toned. I use it 4-6 times a week and use program 8 and use arm weights with it. I can’t recommend this product enough!
