Just rec'd. Seems very sturdy and well made. Getting started and looking forward to ramping up usage. Note: remote does not come with batteries (no big deal).

I told my daughter and a friend about your vibration plate and they both bought one before I was able to! So after I used my daughter's, I ordered my own and kept using hers until mine got here. I like the P programs but I also like to make up my own, starting at 99 for 5 minutes, then 60 for 5, then back to 99 to finish. My favorite part is actually when it stops and your body settles into quietness. It feels so good to know you've done it and it's surreal when it stops. I've actually worked up to standing in the running spots and it's the best! My balance is better than ever so I can now twist and bend while on it. That wouldn't be such a big deal but I'm 72 and had sepsis last year, where I lost a lot of muscle and balance! I feel like I'm better than ever after only two weeks! Looking forward to making this a twice a day habit for the rest of my life! Thank you for this marvelous machine!

Excellent tool for recovery and WFH

This device has been a game changer for sore muscle recovery and an extra motivator to burn calories while working from home. I was initially skeptical but with the lifetime warranty I'll be getting a lot of use out of this!

I have only had it for a little over a week. It is a totally different kind of way to exercise your muscles. I am starting to already notice that my knees feel better and I feel less bloated. I promised myself that I would get on it every day for at least 15 minutes. So far I missed a day or two, but I did yard work those days.
