Amazing product!!

I’m so pleased with everything about this product, the appearance, the material quality, so many cycles to choose from, you can start at the level you’re comfortable with, so many different exercises to choose from, and the booklet is very straightforward with exercise instructions. I started as they suggested, 15 minutes to begin and low vibration, I was sore like I had just finished a full circuit at a gym! Which is what I was hoping to feel. It definitely worked every muscle in your body but you don’t notice it until you step off of the plate. I’m 64 years young and i’m Looking forward to using this everyday!

I have Parkinson’s and used the waver at the rock steady boxing gym in Santa Fe. I got hooked and ordered one for home.

Calms my restless legs

I bought the Waver Board when I read a comment from a woman about how it helped with restless legs. I've been trying to find a Pharma cure for over 2 years, but what works one week doesn't work the next. A couple of sessions/day on the Waver Board, especially intense ones at 50 or greater, help a lot and I'm finally getting some sleep.

I've only used this product a couple times during pain management physical therapy at the VA. During my sessions I would just do a bit of sitting, then a bit of standing, so I haven't explored any of the workout ideas yet. But, I very much like what I've experienced so far.
