Hello,
I'm excited to get stated on my new Waver Vibration Plate.
I tried one out at a Birthday Party that a friend got as a present. And I loved it.
I anxious to see the results as a older woman in my mid 60s. I'm not much of a gym person. I soon get bored. I have some body aches different places throughout my body and need this.
I also want to keep my body toned and in shape in the privacy of my own home..
So here I go LifePro. (Smile)

My daughter and I both got on it for 10 minutes. My legs felt wiggly, but she sat on, she has high anxiety and ADHD. I have a bad back and joint issues, so we both want to start slow and let it help both of us. No pictures, YET!
